HUNTER

In our ongoing RTS game project Time Craft: Voyager, I am mainly responsible for the creation of the Zerg. Based on concept art and early prototype models, I refine the modeling and develop materials to achieve the desired visual effect, such as stylized skin textures and bioluminescent patterns.

During animation production, I focused heavily on the death sequences, where the blood effects and cocoon transformations required the most effort. In this process, I explored a wide range of simulations, including rigid body dynamics, fluid systems, and hair simulations, to bring the creatures to life in a vivid and immersive way.

These assets were modeled and textured to match the overall art direction, serving both as decorative elements and to enhance the atmosphere of the scene.

WASP

The production process for the Wasp and Hopper was largely the same as for the Hunter, following the same pipeline of modeling, texturing, and animation.
However, the Wasp, being a flying unit, required a different design approach for its death sequence. Instead of collapsing like ground-based units, its animation was redesigned to end with a dramatic mid-air explosion. This not only emphasized the fragility and volatility of flying enemies but also added more visual impact to gameplay.

For Spinara, Bloomtoad, and BloomQueen, I handled partial modeling, texturing, and rigging process.

In project Time Craft: Voyager, I am also responsible for the Medic character, handling the entire production pipeline from modeling and texturing to rigging and animation. This character was fully created in Blender, with clothing developed in Marvelous Designer, enabling a consistent and efficient workflow from start to finish.
